1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our shipping network within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. You will receive a system confirmation email as soon as your order enters processing.

2. Delivery Timeframes

To offer you unique products at competitive prices, we route our items directly from premium global fulfillment hubs. Our estimated delivery windows are:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 7 to 12 business days

  • Rest of India (Tier 2/Tier 3 & Regional States): 10 to 15 business days

Note: While most packages arrive early, occasional delays may occur due to local customs clearance checkpoints, heavy festive rushes, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Real-Time Tracking

The moment your package is picked up by our logistics courier, we will automatically email you a Shipping Confirmation containing a tracking number and a tracking link.

  • Tracking updates typically take 24–48 hours to activate in the courier's live system.

  • You can track your package anytime directly on our website via our Track Order page.

4. Delivery Attempts & Verification

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times at your doorstep. Please ensure that your contact number is active and the shipping address provided is complete with a landmark. If a package is marked undeliverable after 3 attempts due to an unreachable customer, it will be returned to the fulfillment center.

5. Address Corrections

Spotted a typo in your shipping address? Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been officially processed and handed to the delivery carrier, we are legally unable to change the destination address or cancel the shipment.
