Thank you for shopping at Zeusdrop, We value your business and want to ensure you have a transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds carefully before making a purchase.
1. 7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a strict 7-day replacement policy from the date your item is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, you are fully eligible for a free replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit or is defective, we will make it right.

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@zeusdrop.in.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims, we strictly require a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage/defect of the product. Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
As we operate on a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model, we do not offer refunds or returns for the following scenarios:

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind, no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong size/color. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before buying.

Products that show signs of usage, are washed, or are missing original tags and packaging.

Items reported after the 7-day delivery window has expired.
4. How to Request a Replacement
If your item is damaged or defective and meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at support@zeusdrop.in with your Order Number (e.g., #1001).

Attach the unboxing video and high-resolution photos of the defect.

Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you on the next steps to ship the item back, and we will dispatch your brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
5. Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped by our fulfillment partners, we cannot cancel or recall the package. Please email support@zeusdrop.in immediately if you need to cancel.
